Our Bookkeeping Packages and Pricing

Compare bookkeeping services in Singapore packages by transaction volume, reporting frequency and the work your accounts require. Each option covers outsourced bookkeeping, with scope increasing as monthly activity and reporting needs grow.

Basic

For businesses with low monthly transaction volume and straightforward records. This package covers regular transaction recording, monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, with periodic reporting suited to owners who need clean accounts at a lighter reporting cadence.

Standard

For businesses with moderate transaction volume and more active finance needs. It adds broader bookkeeping scope, monthly reconciliation and regular financial reporting, giving owners clearer visibility as transaction activity, account movements and reporting requirements increase.

Premium

For businesses with high transaction volume or more complex bookkeeping activity. It supports heavier monthly processing, detailed reconciliation and more frequent reporting, making it suitable where management needs current figures more often for operational and finance decisions.

Bespoke

For businesses whose transaction volume, reporting cadence or accounting requirements fall outside a standard tier. Scope is built around the work involved, including unusual transaction flows, additional reporting requirements or other bookkeeping demands.

Futre's entry pricing for bookkeeping typically sits at roughly S$60 to S$400 per month. Broader or more demanding scope runs higher, with the final bookkeeping cost reflecting the volume, filing obligations, payroll work, cleanup required and reporting frequency.
Your quote is based on the actual bookkeeping work your business requires.

What Affects Your Monthly Fee

Transaction count

Higher transaction volume means more entries to record, classify, reconcile and review each month.

GST registration status

GST registration adds return preparation, transaction checks and input tax substantiation for GST filing.

Payroll

Payroll adds recurring salary entries, statutory contribution records and reconciliation work to the monthly books.

Backlog cleanup

Older or incomplete records require extra review, correction, reconciliation and supporting-document checks before current bookkeeping can proceed.

Reporting cadence

More frequent reporting requires accounts to be closed, checked and presented more often during the month.

How It Works

Source documents and accounting software used in monthly bookkeeping reconciliation

Outsourced bookkeeping runs on a clear monthly routine. You send the records, we maintain the books, and you receive accounts ready to use.

1. You send your records.

Send bank statements, sales invoices, supplier bills and receipts for the period. We use these source records to capture each business transaction in your books, so your part is to provide the documents that support the month's activity.

2. We record and reconcile monthly.

We record each transaction and complete monthly reconciliation by matching your books against bank statements and supporting records. This checks that entries are complete, correctly classified and backed by the documents you supplied, while identifying differences that need review.

3. You receive clean books and reports.

You receive updated books plus reports such as the profit and loss statement and balance sheet. These show your financial activity and provide the accounting information used for filing and compliance work with ACRA and IRAS.

If your existing books sit with another provider or in spreadsheets, we can take over those records and bring them current. Records may stay in physical or electronic form as long as they remain retrievable throughout the required retention period. You do not need to migrate every historical transaction when changing provider or software.

Monthly Reports You Receive

Each month, you receive a clear set of reports showing how the business performed, what it owns and owes, and where cash moved. Financial statements are prepared in accordance with SFRS.

Profit and loss statement

Shows whether the business made a profit or loss over the period and where income and expenses came from.

Balance sheet

Shows what the business owns, what it owes and the value left in the company at the reporting date.

Cash flow summary

Shows how cash moved through the business, including money received, money paid and changes in available cash.

Trial balance

Shows whether account balances are aligned before financial statements are prepared and helps identify entries that need review.

Aged receivables and payables

Shows which customer invoices remain unpaid, which supplier bills are due and how long each balance has been outstanding.

General ledger

Shows the detailed transaction history behind each account, so you can trace balances back to the underlying entries.
We deliver your monthly reports in your preferred cloud accounting software. You can review the latest figures there whenever you need them.

Bookkeeping Compliance in Singapore (SFRS, ACRA and IRAS)

Accurate accounting records sit behind every corporate filing and financial statement. When comparing bookkeeping services in Singapore providers, you need records that support preparation throughout the year, while the company and its officers remain responsible for their statutory obligations.

Singapore-incorporated companies prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, or SFRS. Qualifying smaller companies may use SFRS for Small Entities. We maintain the underlying accounting records so figures used in financial statements can be traced back to recorded transactions.

The Companies Act 1967 requires companies to keep proper accounting records that explain their transactions and financial position, and to retain them for at least five years. The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, or IRAS, also requires records to be retained for at least five years from the relevant Year of Assessment. Records may be physical or electronic, provided they remain retrievable throughout the retention period. Failure to keep proper accounting records is an offence under the Companies Act 1967 and can carry fines of up to S$5,000.

Clean monthly records make recurring filings easier to prepare from current figures. Estimated Chargeable Income, or ECI, is filed with IRAS within three months of the financial year end unless the company qualifies for a waiver. The corporate tax return, filed as Form C-S, Form C-S Lite or Form C, is due by 30 November. Private companies file their annual return with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, or ACRA, within seven months of the financial year end.
